The Believe in Books Literacy Foundation is proud to present the Annual Race for Reading 5K Community Fun Run/Walk for Literacy. We are excited to bring this event to the Lincoln/Woodstock area as a fund & book-raiser to benefit the Lin-Wood Community. We look forward to a fun-filled day of spirited competition, family, friends, neighbors and of course a little sweat! Please join us in this great new community event.....on your mark, get set, GO!!


Registration Begins at 8am
Race/Walk Begins at 9am, Rain or Shine
Registration Fee includes a t-shirt
Books and Proceeds will be donated to literacy programs in the Lin-Wood Community
Pre-Registration Donation:
A new book + $20 OR a $30 donation without a book. Participants are encouraged to gather pledges and sponsors to raise more money and/or collect new books for the community.


Registration is $40 the day of the race, or $30 with a book.

Pre-Registration ends June 20th

Dogs are welcome to join you on the race route as long as they remain on a leash and you are able to clean up after them.

You will receive a Race Route and Program once you've been registered, along with your official Race for Reading 2009 T-Shirt.
