Book Club Discussion

With the start of our new Book Club, we’re excited to take part in One Book One Valley, our community wide read!

Throughout September and October, we’ll be reading Spectacular Things by Beck Dorey-Stein. Then, on November 1st, we’ll come together at the Pub on Page Hill to discuss the book and meet the author!

This is an additional read for our Book Club, so we’ll still have our regularly scheduled monthly books for September and October.

Thanks to those that came out to our Book Club at Theater in the Wood last night. We talked about what we liked and disliked about A Thousand Boy Kisses and we decided on this months book!

Just finished A Thousand Boy Kisses! Such an interesting look through the eyes of two teenagers as they experience so many firsts in life. It definitely brought back a lot of memories of how I dealt with things back then.

There’s a LOT of description of emotions, but overall, such a cute read! 💕
